[4] Web Development Tool News: dbSuite WebBuilder 2.0, JBuddy Message Server 1.1, skEdit v3.5
dbSuite WebBuilder 2.0 from MACOSGURU is an integrated environment
for administering MySQL database servers, graphically designing
databases (using the Entity Relationship Modeller), and
automatically generating PHP code for creating forms or lists from
table definitions.
JBuddy Message Server 1.1 from Zion Software is an Enterprise
Instant Messaging and Presence solution with an open database back
end and a robust client library (JBuddy SDK). It allows developers
to quickly integrate real-time messaging and custom presence into
any application -- independent of the client platform or development
language. This release includes a new wizard installer, simple
start/stop scripts, and robust support for privacy.
skEdit v3.5 from skti is a web development text editor. This release
features integrated SFTP support, improved line numbers, and a
number of fixes and enhancements.

JBuddy Developer Studio 2.4 from Zion Software is a development
framework for quickly adding both public and enterprise Instant
Messaging and Presence to any application. Developers can IM-enable

documentation, and improved APIs for privacy.

MacA&D OSX 1.0 from Excel Software is a development tool for
requirements management, software modeling, code generation,
reengineering, and flexible report generation. MacA&D OSX is a
native Mac OS X implementation of WinA&D.
MacDX 1.5 from coderus helps developers move a product to the Mac OS
platform without having to totally redevelop it. Simply compile
product source to a selected Mac OS development environment, then
link to MacDX. This version adds in GameSmith support to the
DirectPlay layer and includes bug fixes and feature enhancements.
wxDesigner 2.11 from wxDesigner Software is a GUI editor and RAD
tool for the wxWidgets C++ library and its popular language bindings
wxPython, wxPerl, and wx.Net (C# bindings). This release includes
much improved Mac OS X support with full internationalization, GUI
previewing in Aqua and Metal Look, samples for Mac OS X, and updates
reflecting recent wxWidgets (and bindings) enhancements.
