[2] Apple Unveils Faster PowerBooks
Apple has updated its PowerBook line to include PowerPC G4
processors running up to 1.67 GHz, faster hard drives, and a faster
8X SuperDrive. The new PowerBooks also feature two new Apple
patent-pending technologies — the scrolling TrackPad and the Sudden
Motion Sensor.

[10] Mac OS X Tool News: PlistEdit Pro 1.1.1
PlistEdit Pro 1.1.1 from Brian Webster is an advanced property list
editor for Mac OS X. It supports drag and drop, keyboard navigation,
find and replace, unlimited undo, AppleScript, editing raw property
list text, and has a preference file browser. Enhancements to this
version include the ability to use PlistEdit Pro as an external
editor for Xcode and also add a plist file directly to an open Xcode
project while saving.

[11] O'Reilly Open Source Convention Call for Proposals
The Call for Proposals is now open for the O'Reilly Open Source
Convention, taking place August 1-5, 2005 in Portland, OR. Since
1999, OSCON has been the central gathering place for people who are
passionate about exploring the state of the art of open source and
free technologies. Proposals are due no later than February 13, 2005.
