[1] System Administration Tool News: CGIScripter 2.19 Enterprise Edition, PHP 5.0.1
CGIScripter 2.19 Enterprise Edition from .com Solutions has been
updated to generate Perl CGI scripts for FrontBase databases. This
application supports inserting, updating, deleting, and replacing
images within the FrontBase database, via a web-based interface on
Mac OS X servers.
PHP 5.0.1 is an Apache module installer package for Mac OS X v10.3.

Mergemill 3.8 from Cross Culture is a versatile tool for database or
web publishing. It merges templates with content source files to
create desired output. Free web templates included with Mergemill
enable users to quickly build web sites. This version accepts
content source files exported from databases in the 'Merge' format,
and brings automatic FTP uploads into the workflow.

[8] Useful Utilities: Apimac Clean Text 3.4.1, PlistEdit Pro 1.1
Apimac Clean Text 3.4.1 from Apimac is an application for removing,
converting, encoding and replacing attributes from text, so it can
be used for other purposes. This maintenance release, available in
English and Italian, corrects an issue on the Regular Expression
search-and-replace engine and improves performance.
PlistEdit Pro 1.1 is an advanced property-list editor written for
Mac OS X that is perfect for developers and power users who need
more control over their property lists. This version adds a
favorites list, property list browsing, search by content, a German
localization, and a new scripts menu.

[12] Call for uDevGames 2004 Contest Entries
The uDevGames 2004 Contest challenges participants to create a
native Mac OS X game in three months. Entries will be subjected to
public, peer, and panel votes, then ranked in a variety of
categories. The top three entries in each category will receive
prizes. At the end of the contest, the source to all entries will be
released back to the Macintosh development community under
OSI-approved open source licenses. The registration deadline is
October 25, 2004.
