IBM has launched a new Power Architecture technology zone on their "developerWorks" website to serve as a focal point for information on POWER- and PowerPC-related technologies. This site is designed for the Power Architecture community: the original AIM (Apple, IBM, and Motorola) alliance, microprocessor technologists, OEMs, embedded designers, and anyone else who works with POWER- or PowerPC-related technologies.

ODBC Router from August Software is an Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) router that connects Macintosh, Linux and Windows applications with hundreds of UNIX, Windows, and mainframe systems. It ensures that critical database upgrades can always be installed on non-Windows platforms without delay. This major update adds support for FileMaker Pro 7, improved support for Microsoft Office X, and automatic translation of extended European characters between Macintosh, Windows, and Linux.

WIBU-KEY from WIBU Systems is an advanced copy protection and license management system for heterogeneous network systems. This update increases the WIBU-BOX memory to 16KB, so it can be used for depositing important information such as texts, configuration data, and customer information.

Deep Navel 1.0 saves hours of website hacking by automatically turning a site's folder structure into a hierarchical website with an easy-to-navigate tab structure, and customizable art and HTML. This version includes 12 tab art themes and allows you to reparse folders to continuously maintain changing folder structures and content.

PHP Function Index 1.0 from ARTIS Software is a simple browser that helps you quickly look up any PHP function. Its search function offers real-time filtering of the function list, and its AppleScript interface lets you look up functions easily from within your favorite editor.

Sun Java Studio Creator is the first 100% Java-standards based visual development tool for delivering portable web applications and portable developer skillsets. The IDE provides a rapid visual designer, smart code editor, synchronized editing, and easy deployment for rapid iterative development of web applications.
