fmSQL Synch 1.0 from Garrison Computer Services is a utility for
synchronizing data from your FileMaker and (SQL) web databases. Data
is compared record-by-record, as well as field-by-field. This
version adds two-way synchronizing, field-level conflict checking
and resolution, FileMaker solution integration, and more.
Navicat 5.3 from PremiumSoft is an integrated GUI tool that lets you
administer a MySQL database, import/export data, backup and transfer
databases, and create queries. This version supports MySQL Character
Set and adds Filter Wizard, allowing users to quickly and easily
locate data. In addition, a history log of executed SQL statements
is now available.

[12] Mac OS X Tool News: Eggplant 2.0, Migrator 1.2, Panorama 5.0
Eggplant 2.0 is an automated test tool for Mac OS X. Designed for
GUI testing, it combines image-comparison technology with a powerful
scripting language to automate repetitive tasks. This release adds a
full-featured script debugger; autocompletion of keywords;
Rendezvous support for OSXvnc and ARD; and one-click lookup of
script resources.
Migrator 1.0 from Byteform is a converter for resource-based user
interfaces. This tool converts Toolbox resources ('DITL', 'MENU',
etc) to Carbon-nib files, enabling developers to bring their legacy
UI layouts up to date. It also offers full support for converting
PowerPlant 'PPob's, and can convert classic string resources to
.strings files.
Panorama 5.0 from ProVUE Development is a RAM-based database program
that is faster than traditional databases. This latest version
introduces a completely revamped user interface, live searching,
Internet connectivity, improved form layout, an extensible
programming language, and a development environment.

[13] Useful Utilities: CDFinder 4.3, Icon Machine 3.1, PDF2Office Professional Edition v2.0
CDFinder 4.3 from West-Forest-Systems catalogs hard disks, CD-ROMs,
DVDs, floppies, and ZIP disks. This version adds a new-and-improved
user interface, enhanced export and cataloging features, and more.
Icon Machine 3.1 from David Catmull is a Mac OS X icon editor that
includes a full range of icon sizes and color depths. Icons can be
created with the built-in drawing tools, or pasted in from Adobe
Photoshop. This version features a new preferences dialog with
several customizable options.
PDF2Office Professional Edition v2.0 converts PDF documents into
fully editable Microsoft Word, RTF, AppleWorks, and HTML files,
recreating the original layout of the document. This version enables
the opening of PDF documents directly in Microsoft Word, Acrobat
6-generated PDF document support, and dramatically enhanced
conversion and layout reconstruction of complex formatted documents.
