Enabling Fractional Glyph Widths

The SetFractEnable procedure enables or disables fractional glyph widths. When fractional glyph widths are enabled, the Font Manager can determine the locations of glyphs more accurately than is possible with integer widths, as described in the section "How the Font Manager Calculates Glyph Widths" on page 4-22.
