What are the ADC Compatibility Labs?
The Apple Developer Connection encourages all developers to thoroughly test for compatibility prior to releasing products to ensure greater satisfaction for customers. The ADC Compatibility Labs maintain more than 300 Macintosh CPU configurations with multiple versions of the Mac OS X and are available on a monthly basis to ADC Select and Premier members.
Where are the ADC Compatibility Labs?
We currently have ADC Compatibility Labs in Cupertino California, Beijing China, and Tokyo, Japan.
Who can use the ADC Compatibility Labs and how often?
ADC Select and Premier membership includes access to the ADC Compatibility Labs. Premier members may use the labs up to three times a month, and Select members may use the labs up to two times a month.
The ADC Labs asset may also be transferred to another ADC member at the Select or Premier member's company.
What hardware and software resources are available in the labs?
All labs feature the complete line of Apple products including all versions of Mac OS X. Direct Internet access is always available, and analog lines can be made available upon request. Is there a cost involved to access the Compatibility Labs?
Access to the ADC Compatibility Labs is a benefit of ADC Select and Premier membership. There is no additional fee for ADC Compatibility Labs use, nor can it be purchased as a standalone benefit.
