Clip Library

クリップには、回転キューブやアニメーション背景のレンダリングなどの処理を実行するパッチのセットが含まれています。従来のプログラミング言語におけるライブラリ内のルーチンと同じように、クリップも開発速度の向上に役立ちます。これらは、あらかじめまとめられた小型のコンポジションであり、自分のコンポジションにドラッグして独自にカスタマイズできます。

「Clip Library」タブをクリックすると、Figure 1-12に示すように、Clip Libraryにあるクリップのリストが表示されます。クリップ名をクリックすると、そのクリップがプレビュー領域に表示されます。Quartz Composerで提供されているクリップ数は少ないですが、独自のクリップを追加できます。詳細については、“クリップをClip Libraryに追加する”を参照してください。
