How to schedule an appointment

ADC Select or ADC Premier Program members receive an online asset with their membership called "ADC Labs - Premier/Select". If you aren't the active member, ask the active member in your company to transfer the "ADC Labs" asset to you. This is a simple process: The active member logs in using his/her Apple ID and password and then transfers the asset to you. You must already be an ADC member (join for free at http://connect.apple.com) for this transfer to be successful.

To schedule an appointment, please use our online scheduling form or by phone at +1-408-862-7175 (8:00 A.M. to 5:00 PM PST). We will schedule your lab test time with as little as 24 hours notice, but it is best to schedule at least 1 week in advance to reserve test time in the labs.

Cancellation policy
