DESCRIPTION
     The wprintf_l(), fwprintf_l(), swprintf_l(), vwprintf_l(), vfwprintf_l(), and vswprintf_l() functions
     are extended locale versions of the wprintf(), fwprintf(), swprintf(), vwprintf(), vfwprintf(), and
