     isspecial -- special character test

SYNOPSIS

     isspecial(int c);

DESCRIPTION
     The isspecial() function tests for a special character.

RETURN VALUES
     The isspecial() function returns zero if the character tests false and returns non-zero if the charac-ter character
     ter tests true.
