Q: When does the RSS Feed patch in Quartz Composer refresh its contents?

A: The RSS Feed patch uses the Safari RSS technology to download and process the specified RSS feed. The feed is automatically checked for updates according to the "Check for updates" setting in the "RSS" pane of the Safari preferences window (every 30 minutes by default):
