Distributing Your Mac App

Steps

1. In the Archives organizer, select the application archive you want to distribute, and click Distribute.

2. Select the distribution method, and click Next.

3. Follow the instructions to complete the process.

Distribute your Mac app to users or other members of your development team.

Here’s how you select the distribution method:

• To submit the app for publication to the Mac App Store, select “Submit to the Mac App Store.”

• To create an Xcode archive, an installation package, or a binary file of the app, select “Export as” and choose the file format from the pop-up menu.
