Setting a Managed Object Model’s Current Version

Steps

1. In the project navigator, select the managed object model.

2. In the File inspector, locate the Versioned Data Model section.

3. From the Current pop-up menu, choose the name of the current model version.

Set the current version after you have created a new version of your managed object model.

To see the File inspector, make sure you select the model folder (the xcdatamodeld file) and not a model version within the model folder.

Core Data ignores the name of the model, so you can use your own naming scheme to keep track of revision numbers.
