The Bonjour Conformance Test helps ensure that your hardware device or application will interoperate with other Bonjour compliant products. This test is most valuable to hardware vendors adding Bonjour to their products. Applications which use the Bonjour APIs don't need to worry about passing the Conformance Test.

The mDNSResponder source code used by Mac OS X Tiger and Bonjour for Windows is now available. New in this release is support for wide-area Bonjour service discovery and NAT port mapping protocol. This release also contains a Multicast DNS responder daemon (mdnsd) for Linux, Solaris, and FreeBSD. Anyone currently using the previous stable release of mDNSResponder should upgrade to this version.

The Bonjour SDK for Windows contains header files, libraries, and sample code to assist developers in creating Bonjour enabled applications.
