You can now submit apps built with Xcode 11 GM seed 2 (11A420a) using the iOS 13 SDK and watchOS 6 SDK to the App Store. Apps built with Xcode 11 GM seed (11A419c) can no longer be uploaded to App Store Connect. Please note that apps built with Xcode 11 GM seed (11A419c) using named colors may experience lookup failures (with no value returned) when they run on iOS 11 or earlier. If you’ve uploaded an app that uses named colors, you’ll need to rebuild your app with Xcode 11 GM seed 2 (11A420a), test on iOS 11 or earlier, and resubmit to the App Store.
You can now submit apps built with Xcode 11 GM seed using the iOS 13 SDK to the App Store. You can also submit apps built with Xcode 11 GM seed using the SDK for watchOS 6 beta 9 and tvOS 13 beta 10 for internal and external testing.
When taxes or foreign exchange rates change, we sometimes need to update prices on the App Store. Following recent clarifications from tax authorities in Egypt and changes in foreign exchange rates, prices on the App Store in Egypt (excluding auto-renewable subscriptions) will decrease starting today. Your proceeds from sales in Egypt will be adjusted to account for the price changes and will no longer reflect any Value Added Tax.

With the new Deletions metric, you can find out how many times your app was deleted on devices running iOS 12.3 or later by users who agree to share their data with you. This data includes deletions of the app from the Home Screen and deletions of the app through Manage Storage. Data from resetting or erasing a device’s content and settings is not included.
Starting with iOS 13, the App Store will be available in Hebrew in Israel and Arabic in Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Mauritania, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, the United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.
The App Store Connect API now supports provisioning, including management of bundle IDs, capabilities, signing certificates, devices, and provisioning profiles. Previously issued App Store Connect API keys can now be used to access the provisioning APIs. Audit or revoke any existing keys that you do not want to have access to this functionality.

Apps with auto-renewable subscriptions will soon be able to provide a discounted price for a specific duration for existing or previously subscribed customers. You can use subscription offers to help win back subscribers who have canceled their subscriptions or promote an upgrade to another subscription at a special price. Customers can accept the offer even if they’ve already completed an introductory offer.
With Mac App Store data in App Analytics, you can find out how many times your app was seen on the Mac App Store, how many times your product page was viewed, and how many new customers downloaded your app.
Make sure your apps are up to date and ready for the holidays. New apps and app updates will not be accepted December 23 to 27 (Pacific Time), so any releases should be submitted, approved, and scheduled in advance.
On April 1, 2018, value added tax (VAT) for apps and in-app purchases in South Africa changed from 14% to 15%. Within the next week, proceeds for the App Store in South Africa will change to account for this tax.
