The value of the metadata item as a date.

## Discussion

Use the [`load(_:isolation:)`](/documentation/AVFoundation/AVAsynchronousKeyValueLoading/load(_:isolation:)) method to retrieve the property value.

This value is `nil` if the system can’t represent the value as a date.
