Support your clients and their customers by integrating your messaging platform with the Business Chat service.
Business Chat is a service that allows your organization to communicate directly with your customers through your Customer Service Platform (CSP) using the Messages app. A CSP provider implements the server-to-server REST API solutions on their messaging platform which makes it possible to send and receive texts and photos, request payment through Apple Pay, and much more.
