# init(upstream:isIncluded:)

Creates a publisher that republishes all elements that match a provided closure.

init(upstream: Upstream, isIncluded: @escaping (Upstream.Output) -> Bool)
```

## Parameters

`upstream`

The publisher from which this publisher receives elements.

`isIncluded`

A closure that indicates whether to republish an element.
