The exit of the run loop, after exiting the event processing loop. This activity occurs once for each call to [`CFRunLoopRun()`](/documentation/CoreFoundation/CFRunLoopRun()) and [`CFRunLoopRunInMode(_:_:_:)`](/documentation/CoreFoundation/CFRunLoopRunInMode(_:_:_:)).
