# CMVideoFormatDescriptionCopyTagCollectionArray

Copies the multi-image encoding properties as an array of CMTagCollections.

```

## Parameters

`formatDescription`

The format description to extract tag collections from.

`tagCollectionsOut`

A pointer to a CFArrayRef result containing the categories of present tags. If the copy fails, `tagCollectionsOut` is `NULL`.
