# CTFontGetSlantAngle(_:)

Returns the slant angle of the given font.

func CTFontGetSlantAngle(_ font: CTFont) -> CGFloat
```

## Parameters

`font`

The font reference.

## Return Value

The transformed slant angle of the font. This is equivalent to the italic or caret angle with any skew from the transformation matrix applied.
