# NSExtension Mappings
Get a list of the installed extensions for a user on a device.
## Discussion
This list is a superset of the list that [`ActiveNSExtensionsCommand`](/documentation/DeviceManagement/ActiveNSExtensionsCommand) returns. It may contain extensions that the system never enables due to various restrictions.
