Instance Method

upscalesFields

Indicates whether or not the host application vertically upscales single fields to full-frame dimensions.

Declaration

- (BOOL)upscalesFields;

Return Value

YES if the application upscales single fields; NO otherwise.

Discussion

The Motion application upscales single fields to full-frame dimensions, thus this method returns YES. However, Final Cut does not upscale single fields which will cause this method to return NO.
