# settingsDidChange(changes:context:for:)

Tells the provider that a person changed settings in the Home app.

## Parameters

`changes`

The new values, keyed by setting identifier.

`context`

The context you supplied to [`HomeAccessorySettings`](/documentation/HomeExtensions/HomeAccessorySettings).

`accessory`

The accessory to update.
