# tanhShrink

Creates an instance of a tanh shrink activation layer.

## Discussion

This factory creates an activation descriptor using [`init(type:)`](/documentation/MLCompute/MLCActivationDescriptor/init(type:)), where `type =` [`MLCActivationType.tanhShrink`](/documentation/MLCompute/MLCActivationType/tanhShrink), and passes that descriptor to [`init(descriptor:)`](/documentation/MLCompute/MLCActivationLayer/init(descriptor:)).
