The FxCustomParameterViewHost protocol defines the interface a plug-in implements to present a custom user interface for one or more of its parameters.

@protocol FxCustomParameterViewHost

This protocol allows the plug-in to provide a subclass of NSView for the custom interface. The plug-in must handle the parameter view events in its user interface.

When an event in a custom view necessitates a change to the value of the associated parameter, the plug-in uses methods in the host API, the FxCustomParameterActionAPI protocol, to tell the host application to change the parameter value. See FXCustomParameterActionAPI for more information on the host application’s custom parameter API.
