# cancelAnalysis()

Cancels all the asynchronous sound analysis requests the analyzer is currently processing.

## Discussion

The method executes asynchronously, and when it completes, the analyzer calls the completion handler you provide to the [`analyze(completionHandler:)`](/documentation/SoundAnalysis/SNAudioFileAnalyzer/analyze(completionHandler:)) method.
