# init(bitPattern:)

Creates a new `OpaquePointer` from the given address, specified as a bit
pattern.

```
init?(bitPattern: UInt)
```

## Parameters

`bitPattern`

A bit pattern to use for the address of the new
pointer. If `bitPattern` is zero, the result is `nil`.
