# makeUnicodeScalarIterator()

Returns an iterator that will decode the code units into
`Unicode.Scalar`s.

func makeUnicodeScalarIterator() -> UTF8Span.UnicodeScalarIterator
```

## Discussion

The resulting iterator has the same lifetime constraints as `self`.
