A variant that encapsulates the symbol in a circle.

## Discussion

Use this variant with a call to the [`symbolVariant(_:)`](/documentation/SwiftUI/View/symbolVariant(_:)) modifier
to draw symbols in a circle, for those symbols that have a circle
variant:
