Apple pencil battery jumped from 34% to 100%

I connected my pencil to charge but the number didn’t change even after a while. I forget/reconnect it, and the battery was full (it was 34% before). Why did that happen?

App Store not updating / downloading apps In iOS 14

Hi The App Store is not downloading or updating apps. I have 7-9 apps queuing for update on my iPhone 11 pro max and iPad Pro 3. Tapping the update button or Update All causes the progress indicator to spin, then return to Update. I restarted the device(s), rested network, they did not fix the issue.
