Xcode 13.3 breakpoints broken?

Can't get any of my breakpoints to work in SwiftUI app. I ensured I'm building/running debug build. Also reviewed build settings/signing. Tried to clean build folder, then exit Cmd-Q & restart to no avail. Any ideas? Config: M1 Mac - 16GB Xcode 13.3

Tab Key stopped working: xCode 13.2.1 Monterey 12.2.1

For whatever reason, my tab key stopped working altogether in xCode editor. It works in other apps fine.Tried upgrading to xCode 13.3. Same thing. Ideas?
