Keyboard slide not working

I've restarted, turned it on and off and yet it still doesn't work. It works fine on my iPhone, which is also up to date on the latest beta, but it still doesn't work anymore. Tips?

Safari swiping issues and Siri

Hi,I can’t swipe back to previous pages anymore and Siri won’t download new voices. I‘M positive they’re not related but ****.

Cannot add additional people to People album.

The option to click and add more people to the People photo album is gone. I’ve reset the album but It’s still missing. I’m running 11 beta 5 on an iPad 4. The option has been missing for some time. I’ve plugged this in over night and restarted. Any help?
