Hi ! I work in a company working on QoE / QoS for cellular and WiFi networks, for carriers and country regulators. Is there a way to "legally" access to private APIs ? We'd like an access to the current connected cell information (Cell ID, LAC/TAC, RSSI, RSRP, RSRQ, …). For WiFi, an access to 802.11 beacon frames, or scan results to detect overlapping channels, and so many other use cases. Thanks.
