Unable to install the new beta for the HomePod 15 from the Appleseed site. I get a popup message "install profile failed Error 4001

I always get an error with Catalina when trying to perform a backup, the error I get is "Two of the Disks to backup have the same name. Rename one of the disks named macOS" The OS doesn't know which macOS to go to macOS or macOS-Data. I didn't see anything in the release notes but assuming there's a fix coming for Time Machine to fix the back up. Anyone have a thought or work around or have experienced this?Thanks in advance.

I did have to powercycle the HomePod after installing the new Beta in order to get AirPlay to work, if that's a thing.

(Understanding of course that the feature is in Beta) I've played Stage Lighting effect introduced with the new iPhone, as a photpgrapher I thought that if implemented well it would be a nice tool for iPhone Photography. However in its current form, it's needs more work to be sure. It cuts off features like hair and there is no smoothness to the tranisition between subject and the background. The blackness surrounding the subject should lighten up allowing for more detail to show and not cut off the afore mention hair, or clothing, etc... With real stage lighting you can still see features of the person you're looking at, and the blackness around the subject is not generally a defining line like the way Apple currently has the feature implemented. I am hoping the next version of Stage Lighting gets much better then the way it is now, because in my opinion, it's not usuable in it's current form.
