“CFNetworkDownload_vHWw1E.tmp”couldn’t be moved. What is this?

Hi!We sell books as IAPs in our app 'Little Stories.' Very few users can't download them after making a purchase. They get this error:“CFNetworkDownload_vHWw1E.tmp” couldn’t be moved because you don’t have permission to access “LittleStoriesDownloads”.This happens at the moment when the app tries to move downloaded files in the directory:file:///private/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/35C34F6A-EC7F-4787-BFE3-14C90A661249/tmp/LittleStoriesDownloadsAffected iOS: 10.2 - 11.2Who knows why this is happening?

Can't connect to appstoreconnect.apple.com after log in

Hi,I can't connect to https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/ after I logged in Safari. I can do it in private mode but not in regular. I can connect in Chrome as well. But why I can't connect in a regular Safari?I have MacOs Mojave 10.14.6Safari 13.0.4

Do your IAPs as well as restoring purchases work well??

Hi,One of our customers can't restore purchases on another iPad. His Apple ID is the same, he rebooted his device and reinstalled the app. Nothing helped. We didn't do anything, our servers are fine. Is it only me or you guys have the same problem?We also got a few messages that people can't download items they bought recently.Please help!
