Lost Home Screen Widgets

Had Home Screen widgets upon initial install. They disappeared then returned, then disappeared. Anyone else have this or something similar?

Finally and everything is working fine

After resetting watch (keeping cell info) finally was able to install. And to my surprise, every new app working fine (fingers crossed). Regarding Messages and Phone complications when setting up faces; you'll find them if you do a customize on the watch itself.

Won't connect

Says can't connect to watch when trying to install profile. Watch in charging cradle, running IOS 13 on phoneWatch Series 4 and iPhone Max
