User Profile

Hi. Does anyone have any ideas why my developer account status has been stuck on 'pending' since May 30th when I paid £79 for the developer account? I have three clients waiting for me to launch their apps and I can't do so unless I have my developer ID....I spoke to customer service and all I keep getting as a response is 'your account is in financial review', yet the money was taken from my account over 27 days ago! Any help or maybe pointers would be very helpful - I am really struggling to keep my clients happy at this point. Many Thanks in advance.
