custom shortcut is not working for more than 1500 files.

Hi, I Created a simple shortcut for renaming the files, it's working fine up to 1500 files but not more than that. But I have an old WhatsUp image backup folder containing more than 25k files where my shortcut is failing even its not work for 1501 files. Is there any limitation to handling the number of files in shortcuts? If YES, How I can increase that?

How to assign more ram(memory) to copy/move function.

How can I assign more RAM(memory) for the copy/move function? As we control the memory for other software to get from the base OS. While we install any software we assign a specific amount of memory like for JVM and Oracle etc. for me to copy 160G its shows 3 hr :-(
