Replied In NEPacketTunnelProvider runs fine when compiled against iOS 13.1, but crashes against 13.2 & 13.3

Replied In iOS 11.2 and Xcode 9.1

It is still an issue, since you cant run on updated devices. Seems 11.2 was a panic release.
