I already get an email that requires me to upload a government-issued photo ID from the Apple developer program, And recently I uploaded my government-issued photo ID already. Now it passed two business days but I don't get a reply mail from them so how long will I waiting like this?

Dear apple developer programs,
I have requested to migrate my account membership from individual to organization but now my account status is still pending. As I noted that maybe the apple developer was closed my case number without resolving my issue.

Dear Apple support, I just wanna know what are you doing? I was waiting for you to check my account enrolment for a long time but why don't I get any response from your company? should you have any solution for me?

I have requested to migrate from individual to company membership and I have already uploaded all documents that apple developers required but I don't get any reply by email or call. So How long they will process my migration?
Last week I got an email from the apple developer program that required some documents after I uploaded the document follow to them I just got the message "Thank you for providing the documents we requested. We will review them and follow up with you within two business days".
What should I do if the apple developer program is very silent like this to customers?
How can I wait with less care for customers like this?
Does someone in here have an issue like this or not?
How long the apple developer program will reply to us after they required us to upload some documents?

I got the reply to Photo ID Required.
I did that and the next email tells me:
Thank you for providing the documents we requested. We will review them and follow up with you within two business days.
