How to refund a user in IAP(yearly subscription) when user has been cancelled the Subscription any time after 3 months of usage.

Account deletion guidance

According to "Account deletion guidance, " we must submit our existing app with a user account deletion feature by June 30, 2022. May I please know will the existing app in App store will persist or if it will get disabled if we do not submit a new build by June 30 2022 with User Account Deletion?
