I have an app I need to transfer to a different account, but it has an iCloud entitlement. The documentation says that apps that ever had an iCloud entitlement cannot be transferred. Is it possible to transfer the app if I want to drop iCloud support, or will users have to download a second version of my app after the transfer is complete?
