What is the normal Crash-free users level for Apps

Hello. I have strange crash after the method rangeOfComposedCharacterSequenceAtIndex. This crash is not in my code and seems is the result to som events in the textview. Also this crash appears only in ios12. I can not reproduce this crash in my devices. May be someone knows something about this case.

I have two In-App products: non-consumable and auto-renew subscription and have submitted app for the first time review. It has been rejected due to missing in-app products along the my submission. I thought that I have forgot to fill out In-App purchase section in my version submission form but can not find it - it missing. So, after many days of waiting the help, I have removed my products in features tab and recreated them and made change in the App. Now in-App purchase section has been appeared in the version submission page! I attach my In-App purchase and resend my App and now waiting for review. But when I open this page today I have not seen In-App section in this page. May be it is not shown when app it is in "waiting for review" state? Anyway I decide to wait the approval proccess. Seems it will be a long buttle.
