Skype will not open on iOS 11.3 beta 1

Skype does not work on the iOS 11.3 beta 1. It will try to open and quit immediately.Another app is doing the same Barclays Bank.I am running the new iOS 11.3 on my iPhone X.

Cannot launch Photos with Beta 8

When I try to launch Photos in )S 10.13 beta 8 my MBP mid 2010 logs me off and the log in window comes up. The same happens when I log in as a guest or as the administrator. I cannot access my photos anymore.
