Replied In Xcode 13/14 -- Interface Builder Forgets State

Details: I have already deleted Xcode's preferences, caches, and the entire ~/Library/Developer folder. No change. The issue happens on a BRAND-NEW project, so it's not a problem with a certain project's Xcode config file. I can reproduce the problem 100% of the time on two separate Macs. I am running Monterrey 12.4

Replied In Debugging fails with "Error 1" if hardened runtime is enabled

It's now February 2020 and I can confirm this issue is still present with the Xcode 11.4 beta. The "new" build system produces this issue; the "legacy" build system works perfectly.I filed a Radar about this 11 months ago and have now opened a DTS incident to try to get SOMEONE at Apple to look into the problem before they deprecate and remove the legacy build system.
