Hello, can you tell me who to contact? The update of my application has been under review for more than 3 weeks, this is an unimaginable time frame, the application has a critical fix, what is the reason for such a long delay?
I contacted the support service 2 times, to which I received the answer “if necessary, we will contact you” application in the finance section, the current update is critical, clients have not been able to use the service for almost 3 weeks, understand our concern, there is nowhere else to make a request, what to do in this situation?
