I'm currently facing a similar situation. We registered a brand, let's say "Prama", and our app is named "Prama Remote". However, someone else has been using a similar name, like "Remote Control for Prama", and Apple hasn't taken any action against it. Surprisingly, the infringing app, initially named "Prama Remote APP", was successfully listed on the store. After downloading this infringing app on iOS, it displays the name "Prama Remote", which is the same as our official app, causing significant confusion to users. Our app is free, while the infringing app was chargeable from the beginning. We received complaints from users about this issue, and we've requested Apple to remove the infringing app, but so far, there has been no progress.
