Region Base User Notification API

What's the API to trigger region base user notification on watchOS? I look at this document https://developer.apple.com/documentation/usernotifications/unlocationnotificationtrigger and seems like the functionality is available since watchOS3. Is there a new API instead?

No longer see any crash report in Xcode from Apple Watch

Since Xcode9 I no longer see any crash report in Xcode from Apple Watch. I have to ask our user to send us the report and even in the report it says is share with the developer but I don't see them in Xcode Organizer.The only crashes I see are from the phone. Anybody experience this issue? I am going to file a radar.

Since Xcode9 I no longer see any crash report in Xcode from Apple Watch. I have to ask our user to send us the report and even in the report it says is share with the developer but I don't see them in Xcode Organizer.The only crashes I see are from the phone.
